Birthday Wishes- PTI Birthday Bash Card 2

I'm back again with another card for day 2 of the Papertrey Ink 3rd Anniversary Celebration. The PTI stamp designers each created an image and you must use the image to create a birthday card. For my second card I used the image created by Alli Miles and Kazan's Sketch 45 at 2 Sketches 4 You. Here is my card:
