Birthday Wishes #2- PTI Birthday Bash Card 3

Hello again! I'm back with my final card for day 2 of the Papertrey Ink 3rd Anniversary Celebration. The PTI stamp designers each created an image and you must use the image to create a birthday card. For my 3rd card I used the image created by Heather Nichols and Mojo 124 sketch. Here is my card:
